How to Apply
How to Apply
- Smooth your nails by using a nail file and remove the dead skin around the nails.
- Clean nails with an alcohol pad and wait for your nails to dry. Sweat, oils and other impurities on nails will affect nail strip adhesion.
- Choose the right size of gel nail strip then peel off the protective film.
- Place on your fingernail. Apply more pressure to the edge to firmly secure.
- Use a wooden stick to apply pressure around the edges.
- Remove the excess by cutting or by using a nail file. DO NOT USE AS EXTENSIONS. File in one direction to prevent damage. If cutting, do not cut too close to the edge.
- Cure for AT LEAST 60 seconds under a UV lamp for a strong manicure with an amazing glossy finish. Cure again, if necessary, until nails are completely cured.
- Check if strips have completely cured. File again if necessary to smooth edges.

We use Australia Post or Sendle for all our deliveries. Processing Time is between 1-3 days on top of Shipping Times.
Australia: Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50. Orders below $50 will be charged a $4.95 shipping fee. Estimated delivery time within Australia is between 4-8 business days. Express Shipping is available for an additional fee of $8.95 or Free on all orders over $120. Estimated delivery time within Australia is between 2-10 business days.
New Zealand: Free shipping is available to NZ for orders over 60AUD. Orders below $60 will be charged a $9.95 shipping fee. Estimated delivery time for New Zealand is between 10-15 days.
USA: A flat rate standard shipping fee of 16.95AUD applies to our USA customers. Free shipping is available to the US for orders over 100 AUD. Estimated delivery time for USA is between 12-16 days.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@sundaynails.com.au. You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. You will incur a 9.95% processing fee to cover costs associated with your order that are non-refundable to Sunday Nails AU (i.e. Shopify and credit card fees).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
A full refund of the item will be provided if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Proof of defect is necessary prior to processing a refund.
For change of mind and returns, you will incur a 9.95% processing fee to cover costs associated with your order that are non-refundable to Sunday Nails AU (i.e. Shopify and credit card fees).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactus@sundaynails.com.au.
Cancellation of Order
If you would like to cancel your order before we have dispatched it for delivery, you will incur a 9.95% processing fee to cover costs that are non-refundable to Sunday Nails AU (i.e. Shopify and credit card fees).
